Pumpkin pound cake is a favy in our house; something that brings back memories of my great grand mother baking muffins in the fall after a hard frost when the pumpkins are at their sweetest!  Our pumpkin pound cake is a favorite among all who try it and we would like to share it with you! We are a nut free kitchen so we use roasted hemp, watermelon seeds, and pumpkin seeds in this glorious treat! This listing is for one 9 inch round pumpkin cake! 

Ingredients: Fresh pumpkin, gluten free flour blend, eggs, brown cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, watermelon seeds, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, black pepper.
