Why should you sacrifice wholesomeness, flavor, and texture because you are one of the unfortunate souls with food allergies? You shouldn’t!!! So don’t fret! We are here to save the day with our freshly baked hearty breads, tasty feel good confections, and our thick and dreamy Wild Mountain Honey! We are a gluten, cow dairy, peanut, soy, corn flour, corn starch, corn meal free facility. Our bees are apicentrically raised on land that is as organic as nature allows in the valleys below Mount Rainier. We feel it is important for people to know what they are eating and where the ingredients come from; so you can always trust our ingredients will be organic and/or non-GMO verified, sustainably sourced, ethically produced, and verified gluten free down to 5ppm. While most of our offerings are vegan, we will use our honey in our baking at times, farm fresh eggs on occasion, and on super rare instances we will bake with local goat milk products using special pans reserved specifically for those goodies.
