Refund policy
If you are ever unsatisfied, please don’t hesitate to reach out! We love our customers and want to ensure that you feel heard and and cared for!
Refunds are handled on a case by case basis!
If you place an order to pick up at any of our farmers markets and are UNABLE to pick up due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We totally understand life happens!!! However, if you place an order for farmers market pick up and fail to pick-up items and do not attempt to contact us before 2pm that Saturday, your order will be considered abandoned and we will donate your order to a family in need and YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
If you place an order and accidentally choose the wrong shipping/delivery/pick-up please contact us as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made. We can’t be held responsible for orders where the wrong method was chosen. If you DO NOT show up to pick up your order ON YOUR PICK UP DATE and we are unable to make contact with you using the methods you provided when placing your order by 2pm, you forfeit your order and all items WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND DONATED TO A LOCAL FAMILY IN NEED.
