This listing is for 4 ounces of our raw unfiltered mountain wild honey, steeped in a locally produced rich blend of herbs and spices for 6 months to a year, served up in a glass mason jar for your enjoyment! This amazing blend of sweet heat, starts off nice and sweet, blooms to a mellow heat, then calms for a smooth finish… tis’ wonderful by itself and also truly amazing drizzled over chèvre or your favorite non-dairy cream cheese 💛

Ingredients:

Dancing Bee Mountain Wild honey, Dale’s Ragin’ Cajun spice blend(onion, parsley, jalapeños, habaneros, paprika).

Our organically raised dancing honey bees are free to roam vast mountainous acres of fireweed blossoms, wildflowers, and various types of berries all without the risk of running into nasty pesticides, chemicals or other unnatural wierdness! Our honey is unfiltered but run through a colander to remove large pieces of wax, hunks of propolis, and the occasional bee part leaving you with wonderful pollen filled enzyme rich raw honey!
